I ship via USPS, insured. I will also personally deliver within a 75 mile radius of Delray Beach, Florida for a flat fee of $50. You can also arrange to pick up.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. My Miniature Creations are customized for the individual order. I take great pride in satisfying my clients. From the onset, I am in constant communication with my client - asking questions, confirming the "plan", sending pictures in progress, both through email and text communication. Before each product is shipped, my client is fully aware of the finished item. I use UPS to ship My Miniature Creations. Should damage happen during shipping, UPS guarantees the value.
